Barry Laughlin
Born in Venezuela in 1952. Barry Ian Laughlin Angeli, is the main
conceptual designer of the firm. Barry attends to brand packaging consulting,
and also instructs, coaches and gives lectures on these areas
Self taught in many areas. A skilled visualizer and a talented artist.
Passionate observer of social mentality and human behavior. Proficient on
diverse cultures and idiosyncrasies.
During an uninterrupted 39 year career dedicated to strategic visual
communication, Barry Laughlin has compiled abundant knowledge, valuable
recourses which are prolifically conferred to all projects handled by the firm.
Due to the creativity and confirmed effectiveness of his work, Barry
Laughlin has received many honors and recognitions, however, having received
recognitions from The World Health Organization and from The White House, by
ways of its First Lady, Nancy Reagan, have had special significance in his
career.
Although having enjoyed a successful professional career and a
fulfilling life experience, Barry Laughlin re-entered education in 1992 and
graduated among the top 10 of his class at the IESA / PAG-X (an executive level
MBA).

Your collaboration to this project was reflected as soon as the
re-designed brand identity for Mi Vaca was launched. Compared to the previous

years production in only one month, which allowed us to reach a record 4% of

Once again, I was stricken by the excellent product presentation and
visual impact of our Garlic Sauce, Heinz Tea and Pronto Pasta Sauce. I believe
that through your designs we have been able to successfully differentiate and
develop great products. All three designs are genuine passive salesmen at the

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent projects you've
produced for Warner-Lambert throughout Latin America. To name a few, the new
packaging designs for the Schick line of products and the entire Chiclets brand
harmonization. Both reflect a very high degree of artistic achievement,

Prior to the re-launching of the new corporate identity you designed and
developed for Hispano, the survival of our company was doubtful. One and a half
years later, we are the #1 company in Spain, and now our vehicles are designed
by Pininfarina. To reach this goal, we didn't only have to be it, we had to
look as it, and resorting to Barry Laughlin & Assoc., was one of the best
decisions I have ever made. It's a benchmark and a symbol of success.

Solera:
Las
ventas de Solera fueron sorprendentes, vendimos el equivalente a 9 a–os de
producci—n en s—lo un mes, lo cual nos permiti— alcanzar un record del 4% del
mercado cervecero. Sin publicidad alguna, Solera alcanz—, en s—lo ese mes, una
presencia y reconocimiento de marca que generalmente requiere de muchos a–os de
arduo trabajo y una enorme inversi—n publicitaria. De parte de Empresas Polar,
deseo expresar nuestra m‡s sincera gratitud y felicitarte por un excelente
trabajo.

Una
vez m‡s, quedŽ impresionado por el impacto y la excelente presentaci—n de
producto de nuestra Salsa de Ajo, TŽ Heinz y Salsa para Pasta Pronto. Tengo la
